The dining room at the Mill is a wonderful way to experience Simon Pearce. Using fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared creative American cuisine is served with the backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge.

Simon Pearce Retail Store - Shop before you dine! Our restaurant is located at our flagship retail store where you can explore all of our Simon Pearce glass and pottery in person. All of our products are handmade with love.

                                            Christmas Eve special was a 7 fishes pie which helped us stick to tradition and tasted fabulous. Was so happy to see that on the menu.

                                            Booked this restaurant 2 months in advance for Christmas Eve dinner. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious. We did sherry mussels, feast of the seven fishes pot pie, and duck. Portions were perfect and still took some duck for leftovers. We did not feel rushed in any way. I would book again for special celebrations. You can tell there is heart and soul that goes into this business.

                                            We celebrated a birthday that falls on Christmas Eve. It was an exquisite experience. The cocktails, starters, and mains that we ordered were perfect. The recipes were creative yet comforting. The service was impeccable.

                                            We have been coming to this restaurant for 25 years. It never disappoints and Christmas Eve was even better. Surrounded by beautiful things with an amazing server (Monica), it was the perfect lunch. The mussels appetizer was delicious, beef stew, key lime tart and cappuccino were all wonderful. I didn't love the fish 'n chips batter, but wanted to change from my usual Sesame Chicken. We can't wait to go back.

                                            We enjoyed everything; even our round table was perfect as we could hear each other well, share food, etc. Service was tops - she's so capable but low-key with her attention to us. Very nice and we were not rushed. Scrumptious food. Soft good lighting too: we all said we must repeat it was so pleasant dining at SP.

                                            Another outstanding experience at Simon Pearce. The food was fantastic, the service to notch and the views gorgeous. Highly recommend, especially for special occasions.

                                            Absolutely fantastic experience. We visited the restaurant as part of our holiday celebration/gift of dishes to each other. Cocktails were creative and well balanced. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was OFF THE HOOK good! We had the cheddar and tomato soups and loved both. The fried oysters were crispy, tender, and delightful with a bright apple fennel slaw. Entrees were pillowy gnocchi with mushrooms and hangar steak with a truly magnificent cranberry chimichurri. We finished with the delightful key lime tart and one of the best cups of decaf we’ve ever had.
