The dining room at the Mill is a wonderful way to experience Simon Pearce. Using fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared creative American cuisine is served with the backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge.

Simon Pearce Retail Store - Shop before you dine! Our restaurant is located at our flagship retail store where you can explore all of our Simon Pearce glass and pottery in person. All of our products are handmade with love.

                                            We had a fantastic experience. My son’s steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The service was friendly and attentive, and they made this special occasion for us feel special. View of the covered bridge and river is spectacular. And we loved watching the glass blowing demonstrations before our lunch.

                                            This was our first time at your beautiful restaurant. Everyone from the host desk to Michael, our server, was fantastic - so attentive and pleasant. Every request we made was greeted with a resounding “yes, of course”. We look forward to returning soon!

                                            We were seated at a fabulous spot with a wonderful view of the falls and covered bridge. The service and food was fantastic and the Vermont cheddar soup and mulled cider warmed us up on the cold winter day. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

                                            Lunch today after dinner two nights ago. This restaurant is as superb as any great restaurant in a big city like Boston, NYC, Chicago, etc. Definitely coming back!
