The dining room at the Mill is a wonderful way to experience Simon Pearce. Using fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared creative American cuisine is served with the backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge.

Simon Pearce Retail Store - Shop before you dine! Our restaurant is located at our flagship retail store where you can explore all of our Simon Pearce glass and pottery in person. All of our products are handmade with love.

                                            Simon Pearce is a luxury!! The food is wonderful. The service by Suzanne was impeccable. Browsing through the glass stor and watching the glass blowing is the best appetizer you could ask for. Our party had different dishes from the fish, oysters, duck and chicken. Each was incredible delicious.

                                            Simon Pearce is our go to special place and never disappoints. CHEDDAR SOUP!!! Everything was delicious. Even on a busy night durng Christmas season our table was cozy and private. Everyine should eat at Simon Pearce!

                                            Food was delicious and our server was great. The chairs were uncomfortable with the corners of the seat digging into the backs and sides of our legs—tiny and larger bodies alike. The ambiance overall is beautiful, as always.

                                            The best ambience, friendly serverer and delicious food! Only fault is they put an automatic tip for 25% tip for two people not appreciated.
