Welcome to Solo Trattoria!

Due to limited Capacity there will be a 2 hours limit per seating if needed. Also tables are assigned on a first come basis.

Located in the heart of Downtown Freehold Borough, we deliver a memorable dining experience. With a pleasant atmosphere and delicious unique dishes, yours will surely be a night to remember.

In the Fall of 2005, Piergiorgio Ceciarelli opened a restaurant with a goal - to serve the best food with the warmest service and atmosphere. Piergiorgio Ceciarelli has been a restaurateur for 30 years. He started in South Florida where he built a reputation for excellent food, warm and fun atmosphere, and genuine heartfelt service. Winning the award for Best Restaurant Owner 2001. Citi Link said…always has a warm smile when he greets you and a grateful thank you when he bids you Ciao& at the end of a meal. Originally from Rome, he has lived in California, Mexico, Florida, and now New Jersey, where he resides with his wife and children.

                                                                                                      It was nice , but I notice the manager going to other tables to ask how everything was, but never came over to us . I felt a little disrespected- after all I spent good money there. The waitress was excellent, but the manager didn’t pay us any attention. He did say goodnight and showed us the exit . Go figure

Casoncelli fatti in casa was the the perfect amalgamation of ingredients. Four days later and I still crave the sweet and sour ravioli filled with roast sausage, raisins, burro and parmigiano crumbled Amaretti. Thank you crew for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Brought our favorite wine and paired with special calamari and fried veal meatballs with ricotta for appetizers and veal Milanese and Pappardella Bolognese entries! Food was excellent and service was exceptional!
