Sonny Lubick Steakhouse is a locally owned and inspired polished casual steakhouse. We have a beautiful main dining room, a private dining room called The Coach's Room, and a casual bar/lounge area. Seated at 6:30, slow to take drink orders, slow to take appetizers, slow to take main course order. PRIME RIB came out rare, medium rare, ordered medium. AT 8:30. TOOK IT BACK AND BASICALLY PUT IT UNDER A HEAT LAMP. CAME BACK SAME. Was not impressed with with the meal. Party of 4 professionals, all agreed.

Took forever to get bread, forgot our drink, food took a long time too. Would not go back.

The food was delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary and had never been here. The calamari was fresh and yummy. My husband ordered a rib eye and I got the salmon with a side of brussel sprouts. The butter cake was to die for! Overall a great experience for our first visit. May try to come back for happy hour if we can get into the lounge.

We celebrated an early Christmas dinner here. Our server,Tatiana, was wonderful and really added to our positive experience. Food was excellent and we were not rushed between courses. All of the staff we encountered from the moment we walked in were happy and friendly. We will definitely return.

We went to Sonny Lubick’s for our anniversary. Service was slow, but it was a very busy night due to CSU graduation. I ordered a 6 oz filet, medium rare, but even the very end was raw, much too bloody for me. I sent it back, and received it back rather slowly…and still undercooked. The chef came to our table and apologized, but I had to send it back twice to get it cooked right. My husband was finished eating by the time I got my steak done right. They comped my steak, which made up for the trouble, and it was delicious. Their menu is limited to steak and pork, with only one seafood choice (farmed salmon) and one vegetarian choice (risotto). It would be better if they offered another seafood option, and I would have chosen that instead.

Third time visiting and they do not disappoint. Drinks, apps and dinner were all wonderful. Service is always above and beyond. Thanks for a wonderful graduation celebration for our son!

Excellent service, outstanding food, great night celebrating with family. Only complaint was the espresso at the end tasted more like burnt coffee than espresso. However this did not take away from the 5 star experience of the food and staff
