Sparks Steak House was opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, hence the logo 'Cetta Brothers Steak Masters'. The restaurant is still a family owned and operated business and is located in midtown Manhattan, a five minute walk from Grand Central Station and The United Nations. Join us to celebrate 50 years of business!



The restaurant is well known for excellent steaks, seafood, fresh vegetables and satisfying salads.
And of course, the huge wine list.

                                                                                                    The atmosphere, decor, and service were all exceptional. I wasn't sure about ordering a sirloin steak, but it was one of the best steaks, if not, the best steak I have ever eaten. Our server, Juan, was absolutely attentive, knowledgeable, and very engaging. It was a memorable evening to celebrate with our son (Match Day 2025). I highly recommend Sparks Steak House for any out of towner desiring a New York City experience.

                                                                                                    Amazing place to eat but if your going to charge $74 for a steak the least you can do is add potatoes or sides without charging extra $17 to get a scoop of mash and a $17 for some vegetables

                                                                                                    We had really high hopes for this place, but it was such a disappointment. The steak was undercooked and completely lacking in flavor. The rest of the food wasn’t any better—bland, poorly prepared, and honestly just not worth it. For the price, we expected a much better experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We won’t be back.
