Sparks Steak House was opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, hence the logo 'Cetta Brothers Steak Masters'. The restaurant is still a family owned and operated business and is located in midtown Manhattan, a five minute walk from Grand Central Station and The United Nations. Join us to celebrate 50 years of business!

The restaurant is well known for excellent steaks, seafood, fresh vegetables and satisfying salads.
And of course, the huge wine list.

Sparks is always an amazing experience. Service is impeccable per usual. Food was on point. One thing about sparks is that you ask for medium the bring you medium 🩷⚡️

Truly excellent steak. Very attentive service. Impressive wine list. Deserves its reputation as an elite steakhouse. Note, prices equate to the quality, be prepared.

Been here multiple times and this experience was extremely disappointed. I get you are busy and stressed because of the time or year (week before christmas) but the service was so poor, the waiters were all rude, brought us plates that were 100 degrees and slammed them on our table, and our steak was horrible. The “filets” had fat in them? and they cooked one wrong, sent it back, and brought it back at the same temperture. The whole experience was a disaster, the manager came over and did take some things off but still for a $600+ dinner…… unbelievable

Outstanding and classic place. The steaks are huge. The best cheesecake i’ve had in decades. The service is impeccable. Highly recommended. Don’t miss it.

We had one of the best steak dinner experiences in a long time. I don't know why we don't go to eat at Sparks more often. Our server, Rashid, was fantastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The steak (aged) sizes were humongous, and it was fresh, not thawed, as many chain steak restaurants had a fantastic experience
