    We always enjoy Spencer’s and have never had a bad experience until last night. We ordered the meatball appetizer and the meatballs were cold not just room temperature cold but refrigerated cold. We sent them back and even when the manager brought them back they were only warm. She asked if we wanted them just heated up or remade for what we spend every time we are there at least monthly I wanted them remade and again still not hot just warm. This was after waiting an additional 30 minutes or so for the meatballs. We had to ask multiple times for bread and finally after the 4th time of asking toward the conclusion of our meal we got our bread. The overall experience last night was lacking in every way from service to food. Very disappointed.

    The food and service were excellent! Their signature chopped salad is probably one of the best salads we have ever had!

    I really enjoyed the house salad. It came with the steak. Prime ribeye was outstanding. It was very good. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. The flavor was amazing. A great experience, hope I get to return. Tyler did a great job without being pushy. Great service.

    Wonderful meal, server and atmosphere. We wanted a quiet place to celebrate a birthday and this fit the bill. Our server, Justin, was extremely professional and paced the meal well. The food was spectacular and the birthday boy was pleased.

    Our server, Justin, was so welcoming. He gave great explanations of specials and the menu. Our wine and food was fantastic!

    Prime rib was outstanding and the chopped salad was flavorfully well blended with greens and fruit. For sides we had asparagus, mushrooms, and brussel sprouts. My only disappointment was the sprouts. Service was excellently provided by Justin. Overall, I do recommend.
