Spencer's is one of Salt Lake City's oldest steakhouses that continue to deliver contemporary dishes that surprise the locals featuring Prime steaks.     The service was fantastic they are very prompt and responsive to our request. Enrique and Rene' made great suggestions. The drinks and food were delicious our meals were cooked to perfection.

    Ordered the artichoke appetizer. It was good but cold. Asked them to heat it up and they brought a brand new one. Steaks were good but one person asked for med well plus and it came out very pink. Service was very good but it seems the kitchen was off

    Millionaire bacon with the honey bread board was an excellent appetizer. Apple salad, French onion soup was great. Steaks cooked very well to the right temperature but woefully under salted.

    Steak was good, sides were not. Rushed by server from the time I sat down. Decided to ask for the bill before I finished the meal. Not the same as it used to be.

    Overpriced for an average quality steakhouse and the main waiter that served us wasn't very well trained for a $150/ person meal. Service felt more akin to a chain restaurant like Olive Garden or Applebees, and did his job but wasn't talkative or very friendly. However the gentleman who brought around the water I forget his name but he is from San Salvador he was amazing. He should have been the main server as he has the people skills to make up for the average food. The food was good but not for the price. Again average quality but nothing to write home about. The taste and quality of the meals was about what you would expect from an Outback Steakhouse. Good, but I would spend $80 for a steak plus $15 sides here.

    Food was great, good menu choices food as well as drinks, but service was mediocre - even for an evening when it wasn’t busy. Slow just to refill water and forgot a few items completely. Overall worth it and would go again.
