Spotos Fish & Oyster in Palm Beach Gardens is as authentic as you can get. With fresh-shucked cold-water oysters that come from Long Island and Cape Cod along with a full menu of seafood delights, there is no reason to go anywhere else in search of a premier oyster bar. Patrons can dine inside or outside, weather permitting, for lunch or dinner.

The main event at Spotos Fish & Oyster is, of course, the oysters on the half shell; menu doesn't disappoint. Enjoy Bluepoint from Long Island, Wellfleet from Cape Cod and a daily featured oyster the chef has selected. Littleneck and Cherrystone clams from Cape Cod are also on the menu. Both oysters and clams are offered raw as well as in many dishes.

    Spoto’s is my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens. The seafood is always fresh and the Clams and Oysters are served ice cold and perfectly shucked.

    We enjoyed another outstanding dinner at Spoto last night. We dined outside and the noise level allowed easy conversation. It was a cooler night and the heaters kept us very comfortable. All the staff with whom we interacted were very well trained- helpful, attentive and not intrusive. Our food was delicious- some started with various iterations of the oyster dishes, others had the very delicious clam in garlic sauce. We all had and loved the yellowtail special. Bread was also excellent. We will be back.

    The Sunday brunch was very nice. The quality of the food was very good and the service was top notch. My champagne glass never got below half full before being “topped up” without asking the entire visit. The ambience was lovely and the crowd was lively. I loved that there was a buffet as well as unlimited small plates by order. I would give a 5-star rating but the price is high for only 5 types of sushi rolls and snow crab on the buffet. Very few breakfast items may bother some diners.

    We had the GREATEST meal and service. The choices are amazing. The food was exceptional. We had the burnt ends salmon, the artichokes, and the conch chowder to start. All were the best ever. Literally fantastic. Then we had shrimp and grits and the grouper with crab and they were AMAZING. Rachel out server was excellent. We met Bruce the Chef/owner and got to watch him and his kitchen. No yelling and everyone was having a great time. He personally plates each dish and you could tell that each one was with love, care and a genuine desire for this to be the best food ever. Highly recommend. Have been there about 5 times since Bruce took over and it is always a cant miss top notch experience.

    Our server Jordan was terrific. The food was great and the drinks were satisfying. We sat outside and the weather made for a nice evening.

    We are regulars at Spoto’s. Every aspect of this establishment is excellent. Especially the the service. Mija and Jordan are great, we definitely miss Jaime. We have never had a bad meal there. Highly recommended to all our friends.

    First I have to say my Blue Point Oysters were amazing..so clean & fresh tasting! Our water Ryan was awesome allowing us enough time between courses. Todd, the GM, came by several times checking that all was good w/our meal. It was my birthday and I couldn’t have been more pleased w/my meal & the service I received!
