   To start our waiter made us feel very rushed. The shrimp cocktail was delicious but the cocktail sauce would be better on the side. No need to order the soup of the day because the navy bean soup was delicious. Our steaks varied…some were good some were dry…we ordered between medium and medium rare. The sides (creamed spinach and potatoes Romanoff) were meh. Glad we went because it is an Indianapolis staple but really no need to return

   Absolute Gem to be part of history, 123 year old steak house! Cowboy Ribeye, Lobster Mac n Cheese, the Baked potatoes are BOMB!!

   You can definitely feel the old school steak house here, the food and service was amazing. We sat in a small private room with 6 tables it was great not a lot of noise.

   Party of two and waiter should have told us the onion ring portion was for 4 or more. Maybe suggest a half order if that’s an option. Strip steak not that flavorful and almost over done.

    Our first visit to this location and will definitely be returning. The food was excellent. Our server, Patrick, was the best server we have ever had! He made the experience amazing!
