I had an incredible dining experience at STK San Juan this evening. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The tuna tartare was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and a great complement to the meal. Of course, the real highlight was the steak—cooked to absolute perfection, full of flavor, and exactly as ordered. The ambiance was lively yet sophisticated, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, STK San Juan delivered on every front—amazing food, great drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience in San Juan!

We can’t begin to express how absolutely amazing everything about our experience at Marmalade was. From the personal attention to our reservation to the final farewell, the entire staff were engaged and made us feel valued. The food was exceptional and the wine pairing could not have been more perfect. This was a feast for all of our senses. The presentation was awe inspiring; the flavors were explosive. We were quite simply delighted with it all!

What a pleasant surprise. Not only was this a nice upscale restaurant with delicious food. It was also a great experience due to the impecable service we received. We come from Miami where we are used to paying really high prices for mediocre food at best but this place was a delight. We highly recommend the Salmon tartar, the Onion soup Escargot, the Ricotta Cavatelli and the Chocolate moose. We will come back for sure!

Food was outstanding! Had the escargot and Camerones with trifongo. Dessert was cocodo hot coconut with almonds and ice cream. Everything was first class. Sat at the bar and watching the very professional bartenders mix drinks added to the evening’s enjoyment. Right in the Placido de Santurce so can enjoy a stroll through the lively area after dinner.

El Cepo te cautiva desde que vas en tu auto y avistas el lugar. Las montañas desde su terraza y mirador te sacan el aire. Luego te enfrentas a una espectacular lista de cocteles de la que recomiendo la Cavita Jíbara que en la relación costo/producto es insuperable. En los aperitivos tienes que tener cuidado. Todos los que he probado hasta el momento han sido perfectos. Y ahí es que reside el peligro. Si te dejas llevar por el gusto (como me ha pasado) el aperitivo no te permitirá disfrutar los platos principales. Y entonces llega el plato fuerte. Te recomiendo tengas espacio porque los platos son generosos. Recomendación: en mis dos últimas visitas he tenido las costillas en salsa de tamarindo. Es un plato que no está en el menú pero que preparan de tenerlo disponible. Su costo ronda los $48 pero bien los vale. Acompañamientos hay para todos los gustos, pero el mamposteado de gandules es buenísimo. Y he tenido la fortuna de que preparen amarillitos en almíbar... priceless!! Y si les queda espacio, los postres te llevaran al cielo. Tienen qye llegar.
