Steakhouse 85 is a 21st century rendition of the classic American Steakhouse. The menu at Steakhouse 85 is comprised of fresh and inspiring modern day interpretations of classic American cuisine, served alongside the traditional steakhouse classics we all know and love. The back bone of our menu is without a doubt our beef. Our mouth watering dry aged steaks are rubbed with a simple yet luscious combination of sea salt, black pepper and fresh herbs. They are seared on a 1200 degree cast iron grill and then broiled to your liking. Paired with a large classically designed bar, complete with savvy cocktails and a Wine Spectator award winning wine list, this steakhouse is sure to please.

I love the food and the ambience 10/10 ... I love that the parking garage is right across the street so no worry about circling for parking ... love the piano player

This was our first visit to Steakhouse 85. We enjoyed the whole experience. The food, service, value and ambiance were top of the line. We were there on their Date Night. For $125 a couple, you get an appetizer, entree, desert and bottle of wine from their short list. The selections for Date Night gave us good choices and we chose things that we were going to order originally. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it!

We’ve come to SH85 numerous times to celebrate special occasions in the past few years bc the service and food were above average. This year it fell woefully short. We were shown to the back room which was not my choice or preference and the 5 of us sat at a table that was comically large for our number. It made for an uncomfortable dining experience especially when trying to hold conversations and share plates. Thankfully the steak entrees were excellent but the appetizers and side dishes seem to have shrunk. Where a Caesar used to feed the table the dish was just enough for two yet no mention by the server that we might want to get two just in case. Mustard and catsup plunked on the table in their containers like the diner didn’t enhance the mood, just the little serving details were missing that they usually do so well. Disappointing.

I have been to this restaurant many times and I am never disappointed. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I have never tried a steak here because the pork chop is AMAZING

From our check in at the reception station to our departure, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar to have a cocktail even though our table was ready and the host said just let them know when we’d like to be seated. After we were seated the waiter offered to have our salad split in the kitchen (which is what we wanted). The rock shrimp appetizer was just the right size snd we both ordered the petite filet. Both were prepared exactly right and the scalloped potatoes were nice and cheesy. The prices were very reasonable and we’ll make a regular visit to the Steakhouse.
