Situated within Flying Horse Resort & Club, featuring sweeping views of our Tom Weiskopf designed golf course, Pikes Peak, and the Front Range. The Steakhouse at Flying Horse is a contemporary restaurant in a beautiful Tuscan style villa and is open to the public for dining.

Enjoy The Steakhouse dinner menu with delicious appetizers, featured prime and grass-fed steaks and chops, fresh seafood and chicken dishes along with innovative side dishes. Accompany any dish with a hand-crafted cocktail from our full-service bar or bottle of wine from our extensive list of old and new world wines. Our exquisite selection of homemade desserts is the perfect ending to any meal.

We also offer guests delightful options for breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch at the Hotel.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was pretty good, but I expected more at an establishment of this caliber, especially considering what we paid for dinner.

Another exceptional experience at Flying Horse! New menu items include a wagyu ragout with homemade gnocchi, fresh oysters and some delicious new sides. Amazing!

Always fantastic!!! Best Steak!! Great variety of foods and wines. Great craft drinks. Right from the start it’s always a great experience from the warm greeting from the sweet hostess Tayla to our amazing server Laura, this restaurant has a way of making you feel special. When the food arrives, everyone of the table is always going “wow this is so delicious”. This restaurant is now our go to restaurants for a quiet date night at the bar or bringing guests from out of town to a nice restaurant. This one is a win!

An outstanding steakhouse experience with amazing panoramic views of the mountains and golf course. We began with some tasty happy hour wine and martini's to accompany their fantastic grazing board, which led us to a perfectly prepared filet with miso glazed broccolini that were all unbelievable. An incredible night out and thank you to Harrelson for his friendly great service. We would definitely come back when we are in town again.

Meh experience, extremely overpriced and poor value. Service was slight above average, nothing to write home about.

Lovely location and view. Filet wasn’t cook correctly. Appetizer portion was very big. More like an ala cart side.
