   We had the dinner for two. We ordered our fillets with a rub and a butter. The chef put the wrong butter on the wrong rub. The server took the steak back to the chef to correct. When mine came back, the steak was cold and the butter was hard. They took it back to the kitchen a second time to torch the butter and then the steak was correct. We were too full to take our dessert home. We told the server what we’d like, but the dessert that actually came packaged and bagged was the wrong one. We didn’t open it till home. The ambience is elegant. The lobster bisque was perfection, just wish they would’ve filled the bowl! The steaks were prob the best we’ve ever had. Service by Victor was attentive without being intrusive. The sides were large and pretzel bread delicious.

   Our server was fabulous. She explained all the menu options very clearly and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had appetizers which were good (breaded scallops and lobster puff) and not too filling. The puff would have been better if it was bite size not one large pastry we had creamed crab corn which was a good combination of flavors the garlic mash red skins were very creamy and the baked beans which a meal in themselves very delicious. The trilogy steak sounded so interesting we got it and it was ok. Presentation beautiful I didn’t care too much for the truffle butter or the sautéed mushrooms and the steak probably need just a bit more seasoning to keep up with all the other flavors going on at our table

   All 4 of us raved about out entries and sides. Even the complimentary birthday cake was delicious. I had the 16 oz pork chop and it was the best ever. And I’ve had many. Wait staff (Natasha) was excellent in everyone’s opinion. The volume of the music made conversation difficult. We had dinner at Morton’s last week and Strip was every bit as good or better and at a more reasonable price.

   Amazing service tonight from Mallory and the food was fantastic, as always. Our party had steaks, seafood, apps, drinks and dessert. And we came home with a full meal for tomorrow. Love this place!

   Celebrated a birthday. Server was great. Filet with garlic butter was fantastic. All the side were amazing. The pretzel bread is a unique yummy touch. We over ate and still had desserts because it was all so good. Highly recommend.

   We had a great experience at Strip. Walter was our server and he was fantastic. The only reason I gave the food 4 starts vs a 5 is that my wife’s steak was closer to medium rare than medium but she didn’t want to make a fuss. That being said the steak itself tasted fantastic. Very much looking forward to going back.

   One of my favorite restaurants, I like to sit upstairs, the downstairs seating is very noisy. The food was great as usual!

   This place is great. Ron Larson has built a really good restaurant. Food was outstanding. Our server was cordial and took very good care of us. We would highly recommend it for a great experience!
