Nestled at the foot of the Watchman rock formation in Zion Canyon, Switchback Grille Steak & Fish House features hand-selected USDA Prime beef, Certified Angus Beef and a daily fresh fish menu that follows the seasons. Artfully prepared dishes, warm superior service, stunning views of the West Temple and a sophisticated southwest dining room come together for a truly unique dining experience. Additionally, Switchback offers full bar service with the area’s most extensive wine list. Banquet and catering services are available year round as well as a cozy sports grill with all of your pub favorites. No online reservations for party s of over 10 people. ( 24 hours notice required)

On site, one can choose from several locations that range from conference room settings to outdoor patios. We offer extensive catering menus and look forward to tailoring your event to your exact specifications.

                                                                          Wonderful steak house I had the scallops which were amazing and my son had the steak which was equally delicious. The drinks were very good as well as the wine list. Service was fantastic very welcoming and friendly I would most definitely come back when we are back in the area.

                                                                          Returning customer that have had excellent experience in the past but this time not so good. This place is expensive but is usually the service and food is the best there is. Something is different than before. The server didn’t give us very good service. They undercooked and then overcooked my steak that caused a long delay in our visit. They made no adjustments to our check and they must not have a Manager for the way this was handled.

                                                                          The food is fantastic and our waitress Amber was wonderful. She really saved this from being a meh night. The overall ambiance was good and on a different night is likely beautiful. Unfortunately to get a 5 star its about the entire experience which came up short with an aggressive hostess and kids yelling and throwing toys. It wasn’t the environment you’d expect out of a steakhouse like this. We will likely give it another try. Hopefully the negative interaction was a fluke.
