The food is always amazing here. We especially like the oxtail dumplings, the ribs, the duck, the Hangar Steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

The food was really outstanding, we had the oxtail dumplings and the bone marrow and they were so tasty while delicate. As main we ordered the lamb with the charred broccoli as side. The meat felt out the bone. One of the best lamb dishes I have ever eaten to be honest. The charred broccoli complemented the lamb very well, crunchy and smoky, and we loved the muhammara sauce it came with. Overal a 10/10.

Everything is always delicious. Oxtail dumplings and crabcakes are a must. If you have a group of 4 try the whole snapper. They cook it so well and you could bathe in the sauce it’s so good!!!

Tar & Roses provides an exceptional dining experience. The beet and yogurt dip, along with the octopus skewers were divine. The fried red snapper is a MUST. Also, the service is top notch. When we wanted to switch tables, the staff immediately accommodated us. Then, to receive an email and text from management thanking us for dining in the restaurant was a nice touch. This restaurant does everything right!

From the moment you walk in every detail is perfect,. everyone is friendly and the staff are accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. My second time there I think it’s my new favorite restaurant.

We ate outside which was very nice the oxtail dumplings are outstanding I had the duck with the cherry compote it was very good the compote a bit strong but cooked perfectly and my girlfriend had the hangar steak which was cooked perfectly , the strawberry crostata was terrific and a must a really good dinner

We love this restaurant and the food is great. We usually get the snapper and enjoy it so much. The staff is friendly and the vibe is great.
