                                        I came with a friend for lunch during the week. I started with a Bloody Mary which was perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve had it here before. I got their salmon with lentils. I’ve gotten it before as well and I absolutely loved it. It was perfectly cooked. I asked for some bread and they brought two delicious hot rolls with butter. Yummy. I finished with a latte and it was also excellent. The food was absolutely excellent. The service also was excellent. We had a very pleasant friendly young female waitress.

                                        Excellent service in a beautiful surrounding. Nice morning out Food could have been a little better. Meal was almost room temperature but flavor was good. Side potatoes dish had one small piece of potato and loads of peppers and onions.

                                        Our family of 3 enjoyed a beautiful dinner here on a Thursday night. We enjoyed many lovely meals during our NYC vacation this week, but the service at Tavern on the Green ranks #1. Stunning atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, amazing food, and well-crafted cocktails. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy their outdoor space.

                                        As always, the food, the menu and the service were fabulous. The ambience is very peaceful and calming. The sliced beef sandwich was delicious.
