Service was fabulous. Bus staff terrific. Waiter was incredible. No complaints at all about the preparation or presentation of the meal. Only con it’s incredibly noisy.

We celebrated a birthday dinner here earlier tonight and had a fantastic experience as expected. This restaurant is a repeat favorite of ours, consistently delivering exceptional ambiance, top-notch service, and mouthwatering cuisine. Our entire group raved about their meals, drinks, and desserts. The only minor drawbacks were the calamari, which was just OK/average, and the persistent fruit flies/gnats. Nonetheless, we adore this restaurant and will undoubtedly return. Our waiter, Alan, and his team were incredibly efficient, very attentive, and a great pleasure to work with.

Tavolino's food is good and the service is adequate in my experience. One thing that needs to be corrected is a non-stop barrage of fruit flys. Our waiter suggested it was because the doors were left open that day. Wrong. Go check your restrooms for the residents home base. Swatting flys while trying to eat doesn't add to the overall experience. Please plug in a few Zevo's and it will help your situation.

Service was good, Food poor, insect infestation! We had bugs flying around us and in on food as we ate and tried to have conversation. Think food inspector should visit this restaurant.

Wonderful restaurant outstanding food & service. However, for whatever reasons, our area had fruit flies all over the place. Very annoying!!

We were really looking forward to eating here, especially since a friend had just recommended it as the best restaurant in Tucson. From the beginning, our service was a bit slow and lackluster, the main problem of the evening was that our table was with fruit flies. We could notice that the people around us were experiencing the same problem. It certainly did not add to the Ambiance. We figured they must not know about it but when inquiring at the door on the way up, they said oh yes, they knew about it. Our dishes were not fantastic. Just OK, a little watery in both cases. Maybe that’s the style. I know a lot of people like it but no one likes fruit flies.

The Branzino and the squid ink pasta w shrimp are our two favorite dishes at Tavolino. They never disappoint!

The food is incredibly delicious and authentic. Best lasagna and bolognese we have ever tasted in the USA. Wine was very high quality being DOC certified. Highly recommend this restaurant.
