The food was delicious. However, we were not very happy with the service. The service was too slow although the restaurant was not full. We asked for some starters that never arrived and it was cold inside the restaurant

While our waitress was very nice it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. So it was a while before we had a waitress come over. And even then it was because we asked someone to send some one over . Food was ok, kids Mac snd cheese was room temperature. Over all food lacked flavor.

Edge of table near wall had accumulation of dust and food crumbs, that clearly had not been cleaned in days. They had thrown one of their paper table covers over it, but the crumbs and dust were in plain view. I pointed it out to a server. Overall, the place is rundown, and many servers seem poorly trained. We had several orders of French fries which came with the dishes we ordered. Not a single French fry was even warm!! Bottled beers were NOT COLD! These issues are obviously chronic. We were here 2 years ago and it was the same then! THIS PLACE IS TO BE AVOIDED, AT ALL COSTS!!!

Great all around experience. We had 11 in our party. Reservation was easy and service was amazing. Kids menu was great and everyone ordered something different and no one was disappointed. Easy walking distance to Radio City, Rockefeller Center and Time Square.

I was in the mood for a fat, juicy ,bacon burger with a side crispy onion rings. Ted's understood the assignment, and our server Pharrell was fabulous!
