Overall the experience was average. The food was good but nothing outstanding a bit overpriced. Beer was average too however the Hofbrau was on a watery side. It was the last day of the Oktoberfest season so it was very noisy even if we were indoor it was actually noisier than outdoor where the band was playing. That was not my first visit at Teske's and probably not the Last one but Not for Oktoberfest.

Great traditional German fare in a nice old-fashioned setting. The Kassler chop was succulent and generous, and I loved the warm potato salad and the red cabbage (which they kindly agreed to substitute instead of the sauerkraut). My husband enjoyed his pork shank although the skin was not as crackling crisp as some we had somewhere else. The Sacher torte was outstanding.

Excellent way to enjoy Octoberfest. Entertainment, excellent selection of beer on tap, and fantastic menu. We always have a wonderful time.

Great! This was during Oktoberfest and we got there early for a garden seat, listening to a great band, The Internationals. Most of my party ordered the goulash, I got the jaegerschnitzel. Service was amazing, food very tasty and reasonably priced. Desserts were the real treat, Sachertorte, Bavarian cream, and black first cake were lovely. And the place was quite lively with beer and song. A caution is that some of the lyrics were risqué, so keep that in mind if you want to bring your children. But totally worth the outing in every way.
