   This was a great place to celebrate my birthday, an awesome experience! However, there was nothing offered for your birthday, no complimentary dessert, song, nothing! For this being a high end restaurant, one would think some type of recognition would be offered. But my server had a chocolate birthday wish put on a plate with a candle, that made it special. We will be back!

   The food was excellent but the service was awful. Took to long for server to acknowledge us. Neglected refilling water and removing plates. The red/green placard meant nothing.

   I have been there many times, however, it was the first time for the person I was with. They we amazed at the concept, the quality and the flavors. Great experience.

   It was our 5th anniversary the food was Awesome our waiter had our dessert we ordered later decorated Happy Anniversary !!! With hearts all around it. The atmosphere was Great, everyone was nice and hospitable. It was a Good Experience

   Our only complaint is outside of the restaurant and that is parking. It took us at least 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. If there is an event at Protective Stadium and Legacy you will have a very hard time with parking. I hate to put this on here because I don’t know they have any control over it but I would hope it is something that they could look into. Our experience inside the restaurant was amazing. Great customer service and food. Ken was very sweet and kind and helped walk us through our first visit. Wide variety of side items that are all fresh and delicious. The selection of meat is amazing. Chicken, lamb, Brazilian sausage, and steak were all delicious. Definitely will visit again with better planning for parking.

    We've been to this location several times before, with immaculate service. Not quite what happened tonight. We had to flag down our server each time we needed a refill or a dish removed from the table. We were never brought any of the side dishes until the end of our meal, and then my son had to ask for them. We were also never offered to (or able to) order any dessert, even though we were sitting there clearly done eating for almost 20 minutes. The gauchos were wonderful, however, and asked what cuts we were waiting to see and brought them to our table for us. Very disappointing. Hope our next visit will be much more normal, or it may be our last.
