Being a diabetic, I appreciate their great meat and vegetable options. I don't eat the bread, drink the wine, or order deserts. That said, I was a bit disappointed with how much the server tried to push extra costs on me. He brought fries by along with wine when I had already told him I as just eating salad and meat. Also, sadly, it is VERY difficult to get well-done steak of any kind which I asked for at the beginning of my time. Finally at the end of my meal they provided some. I actually REALLY enjoyed their Brazilian sausages with my salads and had two helpings of both along with water and lemon!

We've always had great experiences with Texas de Brazil at Fair Oaks, this was no exception. Everything was excellent, including the new bacon-wrapped jalapenos. Our server, Joshua, was attentive, responsive, and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!

Took my wife there for her birthday. Fabulous service, food was amazing, they literally will keep bringing meat to your table until you wave them off. Only word of caution is that on a busy night, the noise level might be a little bit loud for the hard of hearing or old folks. Overall, though, 10 out of 10 experience.

disappointed with food. went there before and used to be good. also since it was a fixed price lunch the waitress should have told me about extra charges such as water and dessert.

We came during Valentine’s weekend so it was definitely expected it’d be busy & the servers & other staff were doing a great job managing all of that. I honestly had a great time for the majority of my time there. The moment it went really down was as we were waiting for the check. We were seated near the entrance to the kitchen & I’m scrolling on my phone, in the corner of my eye I see a mouse scurry by my feet & into the kitchen. I’m sorry but that is disgusting. I didn’t want to be difficult to ask to have the meal comped or anything because we did eat obviously but I just won’t ever be coming back. Where there’s one there’s many & I don’t even want to imagine the lack of food safety back there where they are probably getting into different ingredients we just ate.

Always a Fun Thyme with copious amounts of grilled Dead Animal products. Lamb Chops were excellent. It’s Good to be an Omnivore. Been coming here for 15 years +. ¡¡ Yum !!

This is the first time, I had a problem with Texas de Brazil. I found a piece of plastic in my salad. The manager did stop by my table and apologized and took the meal off. I only needed to have a reduced meal not to have it completely removed. However, I will continue to frequent Texas de Brazil in the near future.
