Thai Spice Master Chef Sangjan Kamthong (born in Lopburi province, Thailand) is a Thai chef that been working in Thai hotel and restaurant for more than twenty-five years. Chef Sangjan began her culinary career in 5 stars restaurant at Grand Hyatt Bangkok .Chef Sangjan was invited to be a head chef for a very first Thai cuisine in Dallas since 2001 .She provided and created so many specialty sauces and dishes for her customer.
Gastronomy of Chef Sangjan is always cooked food with her happy and smile face.

Absolutely delicious! We had a large group and they were extremely accommodating to our needs. Everything single dish was made for perfection. When the restaurant looks aesthetically pleasing the food seems to suffer but not here. The food was stellar.

This is one of our favorite places! Food is excellent, they are so careful with gluten-free dishes, service and staff are so nice and accommodating, ambiance is so cute, and it’s always a good time! Highly recommend!!

Restaurant is very cold. No heat. Requested to sit further away from door but even though they just cleaned 2 tables, they said they could not accommodate the request. Had to wear my big jacket through my whole Valentine’s Day dinner. Sucks.

We've been eating at Thai Spice for 20+ years. The food is amazing and the service too! We love the owner, Nick. He's very hospitable and always accommodating. Highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

Service was slow but server very nice. Ordered salmon and was over-cooked. Reviewed receipt and server indicated I wanted it "well-done" but I was never asked how I wanted it cooked. Probably won't be back as there are many other Thai restaurants with much better food.

We enjoyed our first visit so much that either go there to eat or order for pickup at least once per week. The Thai Crispy Spring Rolls are amazing and a must have! The Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai are consistently top-knotch! Truly a great place for Thai!

Great place if you’re looking for some good Thai food. I ordered the pad Thai it was so fresh and flavorful. I also ordered 2 cocktails that were really good. The service was good servers were really nice. Definitely recommend this place.
