Absolutely delicious meal - pretzels /fondue and Brussel sprout apps - both excellent! The filet, short ribs, mac and cheese all excellent - loaded mashed potatoes sooo yummy!! Caramel cake was very sweet but delicious!! Only negatives - it was quite loud in the dining room and my Cosmo was way too tart but Pinot Grigio was very good Highly recommend this restaurant - all 4 of us throughly enjoyed our dinners We were visiting phoenix on a business trip Definitely make a reservation - this place was busy on a Monday night!! One final note - my husband has a tree nut allergy and our server and the kitchen were informed of this and addressed it as soon as we were seated!

Food pretty salty. Outdoor heaters were on full blast even though it was over 75 deg outside making it uncomfortable. Waiter was attentive. Portion sizes are good. Prices are what you would expect in downtown area.

It took 40 minutes to receive lunch after ordering. I had the fish and chips, mostly batter, very little fish with no seasoning at all. I got about 10 chips, on a positive side the coleslaw was outstanding. We were seated in a back room which was very cold and had loud music and TV's on. Waitress was nice, but didn't see much of her, I paid as soon as the food was delivered because I didn't know how long it would be before seeing her again. Not a very enjoyable dining experience.

It took over an hour to receive our food after ordering. If you are planning to attend an event at Footprint Center, you better be seated in the Arrogant Butcher at least 2 hours before your event. Most of the meals and appetizers our group had were good with the exception being the meatloaf, saying it was bland is an understatement. Only the outer crust had any flavor. I’ll chalk this experience up to being under staffed in the kitchen instead of incompetence and give them another try in the future. I’ll just avoid the meatloaf!

Our experience wasn't horrible, but not really outstanding. The service seemed a little slow, although our waiter was polite and did check on us. But the food seemed to take awhile to come out. Also, none of us (five total) were really impressed with our entrees. I order the AB Burger, and the meat was so well done it was hard and dry. My companions had a little better luck with their orders, but no one thought there was anything particularly noteworthy about their dishes. I'd give it another try, but wouldn't be my first choice for dining downtown.
