The Bauer Kitchen is an energetic up-market 'bistro' set in a SoHo inspired, restored felt factory.

Chef Katherine Therriault & Chef Riley Smith have assembled a spectacular menu of classic items prepared with the freshest local ingredients. An extensive ‘wine by the glass’ menu has been created by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each menu item.

Outstanding restaurant! We were seated in a cozy circular corner booth, very comfy and conducive to conversation. The servers were fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional; we all raved about our meals and savoured every bite. I enjoyed boneless ribs with a delectable prune sauce and maple glazed parsnips, DELICIOUS!!! The atmosphere was lovely, quiet enough to talk and had a great vibe. The only thing we noticed was that the lighting was a bit too dim to easily read our menus, but that was all part of the wonderful ambience. 5 stars all the way!

Our server remembered us from when we visited in October, which was cool. All of the food was amazing! Bring back the braised short rib again

Exceptional service all around. Food was a perfect amount, just delicious. Drinks made to perfection (Bauer sour and the Muddled berries lemonade) Our server Kenzie was excellent from start to finish. Will be returning !

Overall, The Bauer Kitchen was an excellent experience. The food, staff, the portions, and location. I don't know why I haven't been here before. Shout out to Sean for our exceptional service.

Great food and service! Very fun decor. The restaurant is open concept so some people might have trouble with conversions as it can be very loud when it is busy.
