The Bauer Kitchen is an energetic up-market 'bistro' set in a SoHo inspired, restored felt factory.

Chef Katherine Therriault & Chef Riley Smith have assembled a spectacular menu of classic items prepared with the freshest local ingredients. An extensive ‘wine by the glass’ menu has been created by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each menu item.

The background music was loud. The food was mediocre, at best. The drinks were overpriced, and not at all as described. Overall, a very poor experience, not to be repeated.

I had the bone marrow and gnocchi with short ribs. Both were huge flavor bombs!!

Had a new server in training and she only got half our order right. 2 people ordered rigatoni and both received roasted chicken. I ordered the side Caesar and got charged for it but received fries. 1 person ordered cider but got beer. Beers took a while to get too.
