   This was our first time at The Blue Fish where we had a very good experience. The food (2 different salads) and 2 entrees were all very good. The grilled wedge tasted delicious, the portion could have been larger. The house salad both had an excellent dressing and very fresh ingredients. Perfect size. The mahi was perfectly prepared, and the fish and chips were also terrific, the breading was light and flavorful. Great French fries. The service was attentive, albeit a bit “too familiar”. Overall, a very good experience and we may return in the future.

   Brunch was great! First time here and we will be back. The 1.50 Mimosas and the 3.00 Bloody Marys were a nice touch. Complimentary fruit cup or coffee cake. We had the fruit cup. I had biscuits and gravy. They were great but it was enough to share with someone. I wish they had a 1/2 portion. They also had a free dessert bar. The cookies were delish. We sat outside. It was early in the day and quiet. Great location. We had a nice walk afterwards.

   The atmosphere was delightful, the seating was just a little close and tight. The French toast was good as well as the service.

   Food’s always great here, one of our favorite places to go for seafood. Service was very good, though bar service was a bit slow. However, great experience overall.

   We’ve been here previously. We were expecting a great evening and you delivered. Sean, our server, was very good. Attentive without being intrusive. Lobster ravioli and my wife’s stuffed cod were very good. A really nice “date night”.

   Location amd ambience was great. Our initial table was smack in the middle of the dining room, between a few big parties it was too loud to really hear one another. Staff allowed us to move to a different table, in a corner, problem solved. The crabcakes and dessert were fabulous! I had one of the specials that was good. My husband had the fish and chips and said they had no flavor, very bland, not even salt. Food and beverages were very reasonably priced. The place was pretty busy for a Saturday around 8:00/:30

   The best shrimp and grits that I’ve ever had! The service was excellent. We had a fantastic white chocolate bread pudding with berries for dessert.

   The restaurant is beautiful. Large inside, outside and bar. Ordered the oyster sampler. 3 Rockefeller and 3 Grilled Parmesan. D had the crab bisque. Very good both of these. Almost an hour later brought Ds shrimp scampi. He asked them to hold the spice and just use butter. NO. It was too spicy for him. He asked for a side of melted butter, she brought the same spicy sauce. I ordered the salmon prepared French Quarter, pecan crusted and switched out vegie medley for asparagus. Mashed pots were cold, got vegie medley. Salmon was dry but good. Waitress did bring asparagus even after I told her to forget it, she said I could take it home. I didn’t. I’m sure after talking to neighboring tables this is a very good restaurant and WE obviously ordered the wrong items.

    Server very good. Food great except fish with crabmeat had almost no crabmeat at all on it.
