Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food is always amazing, we frequent this location. But this time, service was very disappointing. Having to request the same things 3-4 times starts to interrupt the meal and mood of the experience. Last night was not worth the price paid unfortunately, but usually has been.

    Dinner was amazing! Our waiter Thomas outstanding! He took great care of us, it was our first visit, I must say it didn't disappoint either of us

    The food was amazing but our service was horrible. We brought our drinks from the bar to the table, never asked if we wanted additional drinks. Iced tea never refilled. The service was completely absent the entire meal. Not the experience we were hoping for at all.

    The Capital Grille used to be THE place to go. Meh. The steak was dry. The side was ok. The salad was brown. The service was sparse. There are way better steakhouses for the money.

    Always great food & service by staff. Ron is a great server who paces the meal fantastic so we can get downstairs to Parker Jazz Club. A great pairing for us since Parker opened.

    best lobster mac and cheese i’ve tried so far , steak was amazing served quickly and service was kind and made a special table for valentines , will come again !!
