Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great service. Excellent table. Food was perfect. Restaurant was very busy but noise level was very low allowing easy flowing conversation at our table.

    Great dinner celebrating a birthday . When we were seated, the table was decorated and it made our birthday celebrant feel special ! Everything we ordered was very good and the service was excellent thanks to Kristy our server.

    As always way dining experience was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Our server, A.j was pleasant and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better dining atmosphere.

    The restaurant doesn’t disappoint. It is very consistent. The waitstaff is very attentive. The food was prepared as ordered. All good! ..No complaints.

    For Christmas Eve, the restaurant was crowded, but service was not effected. The food was excellent. The lamb chips with a balsamic glaze reminded me of a meal I enjoyed in Tivoli, Italynamed SIBILLA established in 1720. They were outstanding. My compliments to the chef!

    After a long day at the office and last minute shopping for Christmas...we were happy to finish the day with Steak and Tuna...along with some cocktails and wine. Ray was a great server.
