Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Awesome experience all around. In particular the waitstaff was SUPERB. They made the meal even more incredible.

    A significant decline from our previous experience. The so-called “mandatory” dress code is clearly not enforced, as we found ourselves dining alongside people wearing sweatpants, workout attire, and hoodies. The dining area felt cramped, and the overpriced corporate menu seemed more focused on maximizing profit than delivering the “experience” they promote. If that casual atmosphere was what we wanted, we could have celebrated the two birthdays at Outback for a fraction of the cost, with reasonable expectations for the setting and service.

    My wife and I just celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had a great time as usual. The food snd service are excellent. We usually split the 22 ounce in-bone ribeye, which is excellent. They have fresh and delicious oysters and stone crabs. This Capital Grille in Boca is definitely our favorite restaurant.

    Our food was not great. Steak or mediocre at best. My steak arrived. Overcooked my daughter steak was tasteless. The sides were decent but I will not be returning here. I’m very disappointed. This is the worst capital Grille experience I’ve ever had do yourself a favor and go down the street to Coconut Creek for NY steakhouse. They are 1000 times better.

    I don't like to criticize Capital Grille; I have always enjoyed it. I am not saying it is my favorite, but it is one of my "go to". Unfortunately, last night was in certain ways disappointing. The staff are great, professional, helpful and 5 stars. The restaurant pleasantly provided my wife a very nice birthday dessert. The poor was 2 of our steak meals were cooked wrong, mine not enough and my daughters-in-law's steak was too well done. I am not suggesting that Capital Grille should not be frequented but at the prices being charged in Boca Raton these days and the competition, there just is not a lot of room for error.

    Service was excellent as always, food is normally very consistent, but the fillet was not the quality I’m used to for a Capital Grille, disappointed.
