Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Always a great meal with attentive service including management check-in. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Table was waiting for us as we checked in. We've never had a bad meal here. However, noise level was high.

    Was so excited to try the last day of wagyu & wine. Danced into the restau, ready for a fun lunch, but very poor service in the lounge gave us a wallop. Server was immediately at table to greet, then an oddly long wait for 2 wines, then came by to give steak knives and remove salad fork. After that, we saw server, bring us Brad and another one bring us our meals, but our server was missing. It was so disappointed because capital grille is one of my favorite spots and normally the service is impeccable. I ended up going into the dining room to find the manager who came to the table, and who could not have been more responsive and professional with us and our disappointment. He was kind enough to comp most of the bill, which was not my point or intention, but but he did so once he approached our table and saw that my credit card was in my hand, and all of the dirty dishes were piled on the table. Our server never came back to even ask how the food was. No doubt the server could’ve been busy in the other room, but our table was thoroughly neglected, and the server certainly missed out on revenue for the restaurant. We were going to order another round of drinks and end with coffee and dessert. We did appreciate the manager, responding with kindness, understanding & immediacy. I only get to the capital Grille three times a year, and I wish this one felt like a proper quality visit that I expect & relish.

    Love Cap Grille! Had a fantastic evening with my niece celebrating her birthday. They gave us a great booth off to the side of the main space don’t wasn’t as loud and felt very private. Excellent service as ever and they let us linger undisturbed for 3 hours. So appreciated as we had catching up to do. Thank you Capital Grille for another great night. Our steaks were perfect.

    We recently visited The Capital Grille with friends and had an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. Every course we enjoyed was delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a memorable evening with friends. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our night so special. Looking forward to our next visit!
