Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Reservation was ready when we arrived, taken to nice booth and greeted by server Kia. Appetizer was cold lump crab, delicious. I had the New England clam chowder, a little bland but clams were tender. Wife had lamb chops, delicious and I had the bone in Kona strip steak. Opted out of dessert. Food and service were excellent.

    They forgot drinks. Waited a long time for each phase of the meal. My steak was undercooked even after a thorough talk about expectations. Dessert was forgotten until we reminded our server. Felt scripted and not really committed to a great experience.

    The food and service were excellent, and I had requested an area for a business meeting, and the restaurant was very accommodating and put us into a private room. I recommend The Capital Grille highly

    Everything was great from the minute we walked in the door until we left. Our waitress was Mary and she was very attentive to our needs. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the table had little confetti and there was a card and delicious dessert! Food was perfect!
