Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server was very attentive and the food was wonderful as usual. They may want to fix the Clocks as they don’t represent the current time in Chicago where my husband is from lol… The East is off as well. Love Capital Grill.

    The host was really attentive and always helpful. We had an amazing night for my girlfriend's birthday. We ordered a rib eye and fillet mignon as the main courses, and they were really delicious and cooked perfectly. I don't recommend the popular cocktail, Stoli Doli, as there isn't much pineapple flavor in the drink, but maybe it is because we like more on the fruity flavor side when drinking a cocktail. High-quality food and top service as we expected when coming to the restaurant. We will come back.

    Our party included three generations. Our server Carolina did a wonderful job pacing the service so the grandchildren could get started quickly as the adults enjoyed some wine. The food was great and the restaurant is quiet enough that we didn’t have to shout.

    Everything we ordered was super delicious! We shaed a ribeye steak and a miso roasted seabass. The only hiccup was we ordered the steak to be medium & it came very rare. We sent it back and it came back perfectly cooked! Our server Silvia was great & very accommodating.

    We had a wonderful dinner in the busyness of the Christmas shopping season. And even though it was extremely busy, our server was on top of it. He didn’t come too often yet we never had to wait for him either. The food is great as always as well as the decor. We got stuck in traffic and I was concerned that our table when we arrived, but they had saved our table for us. We had a great experience.

    We enjoyed a wonderful lunch as always. We come up from San Diego as much as possible. The onion soup is truly the best the world over!!

    The Capital Grille is always reliable if you want an 5-star steak dining experience. Many of their competitors start off great but then go downhill while year after year The Capital Grille never ceases to impress.
