Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had another fantastic dining experience, and once again, Derick made it even better! Just like our previous visit, he provided top-notch service, professional, attentive, and consistently excellent. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who truly takes pride in their work.     We love going to Capital Grille for special occasions. We celebrated our anniversary last night and they truly made us feel special with a rose, confetti, and a card on the table. The food is amazing and the service is spectacular. 100/10

    They have attention to details in the wait service and the menu. Great ambience. Able to have good conversation. The staff wanted us to have a good dining experience.

    This is our favorite steak restaurant! We started with the crispy calamari and beet salad. Both were delicious and the portions were huge. Two of us ordered the filet which was perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the wagyu burger and glass of wine special. The burger was juicy & very tasty. Our server, Tommie, is one of the best!!! Excellent food, excellent service.

    We enjoyed my birthday celebration Wednesday night. Once we were seared, the service was great in all res, and my filet mignon and wife’s Chilean Sea Bass were perfectly prepared and delicious. The drinks and birthday dessert were excellent.

    We live in West LA and travel to. Costa Mesa every 3 months to meet family for lunch. Capital Grill never disappoints! Food is great and so is the service. Wish we had one nearer to us.
