Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Time and again , The Capital Grille does not disappoint! Our food and wine were superb and it all started and finished with the very best service! Our server Chad was top notch in every regard and honestly, the service at Capital Grille is always amazing!

    Food is always 5 star.. I always get the ribeye and ask the Chef to make it with soy sauce and garlic salt medium rare..always comes out delicious🔥

    Eugene was an amazing waiter! He was professional and “on top of his game”! Our appetizers and main courses were excellent and cooked perfectly! Best restaurant we have eaten at in OC!

    Cap Grill has been my GoTo for years, but 2 times in the last couple months have me concerned. First issue was a brined chicken breast- risotto dish, it was very salty, barely edible. I thought, well, mistakes happen, let it go. My last visit, a couple days ago, I ordered a NY steak, very good, but 2 of the sides were disappointing, inedible really, the creamed spinach, sooo salty, which reminded me of the chicken dish I had previously and the augratin potatoes, dry even without the panko and covered with an obscene amount of panko. I'll definetly try again, but this oversalting trend has me concerned.

    As always, our experience at Capital Grille meet our ranger expectations. Our family members gather here from afar - in L. A traffic and the drive is ALWAYS worth the experience. The menu is enticing. The ambiance simultaneously relaxing and energizing. The service impeccable; the chef is always will to accommodate our unique requests. The table service is never disruptive but always attentive. Every morsel, every moment was delicious and memorable. Thank you!

    We come here each year for our family Christmas Eve celebration and we always have a wonderful d memorable evening. The staff is attentive and friendly and the food is awesome. The cocktails are inventive and the desserts are delicious. We will return next year!!
