Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     From beginning to end our visit was over the top outstanding. Bobby our server was pleasant informative and overall excellent. The food was amazing and the dessert for my wife's Birthday was a very kind gesture. One of our favorite places in Dallas

    Had dinner with our elderly neighbor who is in assisted living. He wanted steak from Capital Grille! They were very attentive and nice, the food was very good. The guys had steak, but I tried the lamb chops. The chops were a little fatty, but tasty. We always enjoy dinning here.

    Isaiah was an attentive and wonderful server. The prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was outstanding as was the rib eye steak. Coconut cream pie was a perfect ending to our meal!

    Great steaks and lobster tails, sides and salads. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The only complaint was that the air conditioning could not be turned down so we had to leave the bar and head to the main dining room where the temperatures were more normal. Will go back!

    Capital Grille never disappoints (and I do mean never!). It’s all the little extra things from having a hand written notes at our table, to being greeted at the front desk with birthday wishes. Their focus on the experience is fully completed with exquisitely crafted meals.
