Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I particularly enjoy dining in the bar at Capital Grille where the atmosphere is more casual and the vibe is very friendly and laid back, but still with the great food and awesome service.

    My wife took me to the Capital Grille for my birthday dinner celebration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, we were very disappointed in the NY Bone-in Strip Steaks we ordered. They did not have the flavor we expect from a great steak at an expensive price. We did enjoy the Lobster and Crab Cake and the Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese and Bacon. It had been many years since our last meal here, and we won't be going back. There are other steak houses that deliver a better meal.

    We have been going to dinner or sometimes just for drinks at the bar at Capital Grill for over 16 years. Never had a bad experience and always would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place where you can enjoy a great meal, drinks and atmosphere.

    My boyfriend and I took a trip to Denver for our anniversary. We love Capital Grille in other states, so we had to try it here. The whole experience was outstanding. The service from everyone was great. Our server Mark was extremely sweet and accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent as always. I would definitely recommend celebrating here.
