Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     One of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. Hostess greeted us warmly and led us to our table. The server Matt was very attentive and kept our napkins folded, dishes cleared, and table clear of bread crumbs. Two managers came by to say hello- Matt and Alfredo. They are so friendly and kind and tried hard to make sure we had a good time. The food in our opinion is the best in Fort Worth. We highly recommend this restaurant!

    Our waitress - Ashley was superb! We were celebrating our birthdays (mine and my brother in law) and she added a special touch to it! She was great! The food was amazing!

    Ordered the Filet on a business lunch. It was quite overcooked and not to taste. The service was extremely sub par with out appetizer plates being removed before we were remotely close to done, and being interrupted while my client was discussing some extremely sensitive information. We were asked what our timeframe was for being in the restaurant, which was odd since we were the only group in the entire restaurant. Our food took a very long time to arrive, and when the check came, it took 15 minutes for me to get it back because of “system errors” our server was sitting at a table across from us talking to another server. I wouldn’t return to this location for another client meeting, as my client noticed how odd this was and made comments. Typically at client meetings, we order much more, and spend quite a lot, but in this instance we were all ready to be done with the experience.
