Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service was outstanding. We had the pleasure of having Remedios as our server, and he was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu and easily described each cut of meat for us. He helped me pick a delicious wine paired with a dry aged NY strip. We will definitely be back and requesting Remedios again. Thank you for such a great experience.

    Unfortunately this year for Thanksgiving the food was subpar. My medium steak came out well done and my wife's scallops and risotto were overcooked. Service was good and waiter got the issues corrected.

    We had a very nice Thanksgiving meal. We were seated exactly for when I had made the reservations. I'm sure the turkey and dressing was good, but we opted for filet mignon with appetizers and sides. The filets were cooked perfectly. We enjoyed our sides as well. Our waiter, Jonathan, was excellent. He was friendly and attentive and made some helpful suggestions. We were seated in a small room through the bar.to the south (I think). At 1st we were wishing to be with the crowd, but actually thoroughly enjoyed the small room with 3 other tables. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

    Our waitress Raquel was excellent!!!! Turkey dinner excellent. Steaks and Brussel sprouts were too tricked up with the sauce. We will return but not have either of those.

    The service was excellent, as usual. The tuna tartare was fresh and tasty. Our steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare and the lobster was awesome

    This is my wife's favorite place to eat. We came for her birthday and had a most enjoyable evening. Our waiter is Jake. He had waited on us before and he is excellent. My wife had the filet mignon, I had the lamb chops. Both were just fabulous. We finished the evening with their cheesecake, which is the best in town. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

    Great experience! I am vegetarian and gluten sensitive so a steak restraunt can be tough but my husband loves steak and often sacrifices to eat somewhere I can eat. I made reservations here to surprise him and to my surprise the chef made me an amazing grilled tofu over a bed of spinach that was incredible!! My husband said the steak and lobster were amazing as well. Great service and ambiance!
