Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Been going for Christmas eve dinner with another couple for around the last 6 years. Always enjoy so we keep returning. We understand that it’s a higher end restaurant so it will be pricey. However, it appears to have gotten out of hand . As typical, we went to the bar before dinner & had 3 cocktails. Bill with tip was $80, seems outrageous. Was were seated timely for dinner. We understand the restaurant is busy that evening. Service was rushed but generally okay. We ordered porterhouse for 2 & it came unsliced. Don’t understand how this could happen as the kitchen preparer & server should have seen this before bringing it to the table. All else was okay & everyone enjoyed their meal Desserts were very good. As with the drinks things went beyond pricey.

    This was our first experience at Capital Grille. The service was outstanding, the restaurant was lovely. My husband had the lamb “lollipops” which he raved about but the quality of my rib eye was just O.K. The sides, especially the potatoes au gratin were delicious. A little pricey all in all but for a holiday, they did a wonderful job. Merry Christmas!

    We have been to the Capital Grille quite a few times. Every time the experience was great. This time the service was disappointing. The Waiter did not ask if we wanted a drink or if we wanted fresh pepper on our salads. We asked to bring home the flat bread, but we never received it. Instead he brought us three hard rolls. I know all these comments may sound trivial, but not really when we are spending good money. This lunch was for a holiday celebration. Next time we will ask for Eric knowing that he is a terrific Server with a wonderful personality.

    The Capital Grille is always outstanding! I had the seared tuna and my husband had a strip steak. Both were cooked to perfection and tender and delicious. Of course we had the fried calamari too. That’s a favorite app. Gino our waiter was fantastic as well. Very attentive and friendly and always around if we needed anything. It was a great night!

    14 oz NY Strip excellent. Cooked perfectly. Creamed spinach and asparagus were very good too. The whole experience here is very worth it.
