Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and our table had a card and rose waiting for us. From that moment on, we knew we had made the right choice. Aziz was our server and he was super friendly! He checked in with us just enough times so that it wasn’t overbearing. The food was excellent, as soon as the 36oz Tomahawk steak reached our taste buds my wife and eye could not control the look of shock we both had because of its flavor. The lobster Mac n cheese was also incredible. We have no regrets and will definitely be returning to enjoy their services again!

    Outstanding restaurant. Capital Grille went out of their way to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Our waiter was phenomenal. Food was great too!!

    Food was good but not the best for the price. Service was ok but def needs improvement (I had to pour my own wine) the food was so so. Everything was just… ok. The desert look taste store bought.

    Our go to restaurant for special occasions. Rarely disappoints and not at all today. Great food, great waiter. Can’t ask for much more.

    The wagyu and wine experience is fabulous. We sat at the bar and bartender Laura was great. When I made the reservation I noted that it was our anniversary and they gave us a beautiful piece of chocolate cake on a decorated plate at the end of the meal. Love the Capital Grill!
