Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food was outstanding, we had the calamari and clam chowder to start, then the lamb chops and citrus glazed salmon. The stoli doli martini was delicious. Staff was friendly and professional.

    We dine here for every major anniversary. When I booked on OpenTable I made sure to annotate on the reservation it was a big one. Was disappointed that the usual table decorations were not in place. Our server greeted us with “A happy anniversary”, so they knew, another table did have decorations, not sure what went wrong. At the end of the meal, we had to ask for the customary complimentary dessert tray, awkward! Food was very good, my steak was overcooked, but I know how difficult it can be on such a thick steak, I did not say anything. Zack our server did a great job.

    We went for our anniversary. Our table was decorated, and the service was exceptional, as was the food. You won't be disappointed

    This was a friend’s dinner. We started with 3 excellent cocktails and shared a salad to start. The sliced steak with mushrooms was delicious as were our sides. The waiter could not have been better. The experience was an A*.
