   My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and they went out of their way to give us a Happy Anniversary card with little hearts on the table and a free dessert. Everything was delicious! Great experience.

   The food and service was excellent. We celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed the extra touches provided. Only less than perfect factor was being seated directly in front of the kitchen area. Not a good seat for our special occasion.

   Food good, our server Holden was very attentive, and it was over all a nice evening with friends. I wish it was a little quieter so I could better hear across the table.

    We usually love going to The Capital Grille. But this visit was just not good. First of all, it was not a busy evening, rather slow actually, a Sunday evening. Our server was nice and service ok. We asked for black napkins and half way through our meal we still didn’t have them. The bread is always good, coffee too. Our beet and goat salad was good but the lettuce not fresh. We ordered salmon which was just ok; a bit overcooked. The sauce on top had way too much sugar in it. Our side dish of spinach was not seasoned properly and had a lot of whole cloves of raw garlic which would have been good if they had been cooked. Not the usual expected at an upscale restaurant like The Capital Grille. Very disappointing evening!
