Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Overall we did enjoy our dining experience. We had a glass of wine at the bar waiting for our table and the bartenders were very friendly. Our service at the table was also very good. What I am not happy about is the very pricey menu. It wasn’t a surprise obviously but it’s just crazy how expensive it has become to eat out especially if you want a steak.

    This was the perfect way to close out our wedding day. They generously offered us a private dining room for my new husband, our children and I to enjoy one another’s company. Our server was attentive and engaging. They brought all of the adults complementary champagne and two different mocktails for the two under age. As expected, the food was incredible. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thank you, Capital Grille team!

    We've been loyal patrons of this restaurant for over six years, coming regularly for both lunch and dinner when frequently in town, but after today, we will no longer be returning. We had a 6:30 reservation to celebrate a major health milestone with my wife, and when we were seated next to the noisy kitchen, we politely asked to be moved to one of the several vacant booths that we usually enjoy. The host told us they were reserved for customers with reservations, and after a brief request for him to double-check, he confirmed they were unavailable. Although some still empty when we left.   To make matters worse, our waiter interrupting us at the most inappropriate time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. It's disheartening to feel that our loyalty and the simple request for a more pleasant dining environment were dismissed. What happened to valuing long-time customers and respecting their boundaries? We won't be returning after this experience."

    Had another amazing dinner here last night celebrating birthdays. It was holiday busy but the service was still on point. Great cocktails and food- had the extra lobster tail to share with the hubby- it was large and perfectly cooked. Thanks for a fantastic celebration!!!

    Solid lunch experience at the bar. Amanda took good care of my friend and me. Adjacent patrons were polite and deferential regarding space. Amanda made solid creamy expresso martinis and made sure our food arrived timely. Highly recommend spot for lunch.

    I had reserved a table for 6 - we were told it was for 5 and no room in the dining room. They moved us to the corner in the bar area. 3 out of 5 meals had to be returned for further ‘nuking’ our server mentioned. But when returned the meat still wasn’t cooked and the bread was burned. We left food on all three plates. The truffle fries tasted like they had been cooked in bad oil. Overall bad food and slow service. They took off one meal but for the price we each paid - it wasn’t enough. Sadly, we will move our holiday luncheon next year.

    As always the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible when celebrating. From the host stand employees to the water service and wait staff we were well taken care of on a very busy night. Dan is always amazing and the service is impeccable. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the bone-in filet and the mushrooms. For dessert the coconut cream pie is beyond yummy! Thank you, everyone at Capital Grill, Ed had another amazing night.
