Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Used to be where I can be assured of a great experience, but this was a quick fall off. Steak done right but served luke warm. Tense waiter, Waffle House kitchen noise, poorly made sides rom liquid potatoes to creamed spinach that was not

    Overall pleasant experience. Service wasn’t great and wasn’t to the level of fine dining. Other customers around us were having major issues with the staff/food and the manager argued with them for while, took away from how special the occasion was supposed to be.

    Ambience very nice. Server Lana was terrific as was all wait staff. NY strip and mashed potatoes very good. Chilean sea bass very good also. Caesar salad ok; lobster bisque excellent. Overall, quality meal one would expect from The Capital Grille.

    This is our second time to this location. Was just wishing the food consistency would be the same. Understanding it was a holiday. Our first experience was New Year’s Eve and fantastic. Love sitting on the covered patio however, out of the restaurants Control other diners were extremely loud and cursing. The waiter was lovely, but barely checked in on us. Our dessert which was coconut cream pie was actually missing the coconut cream. We did not bring it to anyone’s attention as we just wanted to leave. The meal was OK not fantastic. Just OK. We were told to place our order quickly as the kitchen would be getting slammed.

    I was blessed with the server Anthony. He made sure the night went smooth. I never had to ask for a refill & he told us about some entrees that weren't on the menu which lead to arguably the best steak I ever had. Good experience
