Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My boyfriend and I chose to visit The Capital Grille for restaurant week. And to also celebrate my boyfriend's upcoming play at KCRep, Broke-ology. When we arrived, they asked us what we were celebrating and once we got to the table we had a nice little confetti surprise and a cute note! Our server was great. The food was absolutely delicious. And we enjoyed our entire experience!

    We had a wonderful experience during our visit at Capital Grille during Restaurant Week. We were greeted at our car as we pulled up by the valet, and were seated as soon as we walked into the restaurant. The table was very nice and even though we were in the main dining room, we were able to have a nice conversation, that almost felt as though we were in an intimate space. Our server greeted us within a couple minutes of being at our table. Our server, “Benjamin” was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and made our dining experience very enjoyable. The food and service was absolutely amazing and better than anything we could have imagined. We asked Benjamin about requesting him for our server for a family dinner we are planning to celebrate our son’s engagement and he said that even if it was going to be his day off that he would come in and cover our dinner. Although this was our first experience dining at Capital Grille, we know that it will not be our last visit. Everything was truly amazing!

    Great experience for restaurant week. Best clam chowder. Great steak. Fabulous service for our 42nd anniversary. All the staff, especially our server, Sarita, made our anniversary dinner special. The note and rose for my wife was a very classy touch.

    We went for Restaurant Week and our experience was great! Service was very good as was the food and drink. The flourless chocolate espresso cake was amazing!

    After miscommunication about cooking time, the Manager was very professional and adjusted our bill to more than compensate. We will return again for at least coffee and great desserts!
