Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server Benjamin, was excellent. Our drinks were amazing, however our steaks were overcooked. We asked for medium rare, when I brought this to his attention, he said they suggested to cut in the middle. I did, but was starting to feel uncomfortable while my husband was trying to enjoy his meal, which was also overdone, he doesn't like to make waves. He said they would prepare another steak, but it felt very awkward. Very disappointed on the cook of the steaks. I had been really looking forward to this meal. Kind of ruined the experience, and regretted I didn't just have the burger. We appreciate the service, the bartender, and the wedge salad, however for a $240. 00 lunch bill for the main course to be unsatisfactory, is very disappointing.

    The food was outstanding, the ambiance was uplifting, and the service was exceptional. Wanted to give our server a special shout-out as Melissa was very friendly and gave us special attention. Her personality made for an entertaining and enjoyable night for our table of four.

    My wife and I both ordered from the KC Restaurant Week menu. We both upgraded to a different meat entree with an additional charge of $12 and both considered it outstanding! Our server, Jai, also provided timely and excellent service, was very friendly land very attentive.

    The food was amazing. The steak was one of the best we have ever had. The salmon was amazing. The mashed potatoes were definitely the best I have ever had. Cheesecake delicious.

    Fantastic service - impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We could have done without any sides. We had mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for sides. I would pass on the spinach in the future. You don’t need sides anyway. It was a nice experience. We had a 2 yo in our party. They brought paper and markers and made it a nice experience for her as well.
