Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The Capital Grille failed miserably on Thanksgiving! I have been attending on this holiday for ten years! Casts of hundreds, horrífic service, so loud & crowded, you were unable to communicate! We waited 40 minutes for our table! My Cosmopolitan looked like a Pomegranite Martini, & tasted worse. 45 minutes for Bread,food was tossed on the table. We did not see our server, at one point for 30 minutes. Sorry Capital, I Will not be returning on Thanksgiving! Get a reality check on how many reservations you accept! Your quality was highly diminished by your outrageous quantity!

    My family went there for Thanksgiving dinner those that got that meal said it was pretty good. The rest of us ordered off the main menu. Two of us had steaks. Those were not good. They were very tough. Had a lot of gristle in them and way overpriced. We ordered truffle fries for an appetizer because everything else was seafood related. It took an hour to get the fries to the table. They actually came after some salads that had been ordered after that the service was extremely slow. Valet parking wasn’t the best either they sat us in the bar area. It was extremely loud people standing around our table and talking, waiting for other tables. The atmosphere was awful. We had a large party and the seating they put us at did not work either.

    We went to Capital Grille on Thanksgiving day. Even though the restaurant was full, we were seated on time, never felt rushed, received good service, and the food was excellent.

    We had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday, our 18th anniversary and Thanksgiving!! We loved the food and our wait staff was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful dinner and experience!!!

    I was disappointed in the length of time it took to be served our food. The noise level was high and unappreciated the effort to move us to a quieter table but it was still very noisy. The evening was not what I had come to expect of Capital Grille.
