Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was good overall, not the best we’ve had dining at this location and nothing was bad. Both of our appetizers were actually really good. Our main entree steaks were both good but not great. We had two shared sides - the mashed potatoes were great as always and the Brussels sprouts were good but a little overpowering on the sauce. The glaze itself was really tasty but soaked the Brussels sprouts. Our cheesecake for dessert was also just very basic cheesecake nothing special. And the crust was extremely hard to cut through with the spoon so we kept making really harsh sounds against the plate.

    Ambiance and service were great, our waitress was awesome as well as the manager. Wife's seabass was great, my Filet Mignon not so much. The manager was all about fixing my disappointment and was great. We'd definitely go again if we're in the area.

    The time spent at Capital Grille was exceptional. They get so many things right, the food, service, and attention to detail. It's pricey but you get what you pay for.

    Amazing experience the service was amazing and food was great! Went for my husbands birthday and they went above and beyond for us we will for sure be back and recommend to anyone !

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the hostess warmly welcomed me, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic meal. The bartenders crafted delicious cocktails that perfectly complemented our dinner. I was particularly impressed by the management’s commitment to customer satisfaction—they truly go above and beyond. The entire staff, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations with their accommodating nature and genuine friendliness. It’s hands down the best service I’ve ever received in any restaurant in Memphis! This remarkable consistency is why I continue to patronize The Capital Grille.
